25) Bad Cameo by Lil Yachty and James Blake

On the unexpected collaborative album, both stars bring the best out of one another. Lil Yachty found his voice amongst more nebulous beats than he’s accustomed to. Meanwhile, James Blake matured his enriching fusion of electronic and hip-hop production all across the album. In contrast to the album’s name, these two consistently make great cameos throughout the project and demonstrate outstandingly refreshing chemistry for supporters of both artists to enjoy.

24) Kansas Anymore by Role Model

Role Model made a timely pivot to alternative country, and the results couldn’t have been any more rewarding. In his career-defining break-up album, Role Model showed off his dynamism as an artist and depth as a songwriter.
